The history of mankind goes round in circles (system → power concentration → anxiety → new representatives or revolution → [new] system and around ........) ⇒ or exit to direct democracy.
This circular movement is motivated by a seductive promise that others can decide better for you and you have to worry about anything. Experience, recources, efficiency are key words of the respective power elite to keep subjects in inaction and immaturity.
Dissatisfaction first solves petitions from decision-makers and demonstrations, goes beyond the exchange of persons, parties to state systems. After these actions, you can sit back, relax and still others can decide for / about himself. The power is concentrated again and it is a matter of time, that again suggests displeasure; that, like a broken record, everything repeats.
